Stardust Tides is a for-profit zine project dedicated to the romantic relationship between Tartaglia "Childe" and Aether
from Genshin Impact.
Their story is like a wonderful and shining stardust that rests on the waves of the ocean, letting itself be enveloped and becoming a magical and overwhelming whole, that takes your breath away.

general guidelines

✦ All applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of the application.
✦ Everyone can apply for more than one role, but will be accepted for only one of them.
✦ Check that all provided links are accessible. If that's not the case, we won't reach to you and ask for other links.
✦ Provide a portfolio consisting of 3 to 10 pieces of your work.
✦ Contributors retain the rights to their works and can re-distribute them, but only after pre-orders close. Sharing unauthorized WIP during the process creation is prohibited.
✦ Genshin Impact and/or ChildeAether works are not required, but is encouraged!
By sending your application as a contributor, it means you've acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to the terms and the schedule of the project and you will dedicate yourself to the zine's timeline and everything related to your position. Otherwise proven, will lead you to diqualification.

    mod apps

    ✦ All candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of the application.
    ✦ Everyone can apply for more than one role, as long as you're sure you have the time and the possibility to commit to them.
    ✦ All candidates should be conscious and understand the level of responsibility and time that participating in a zine requires.
    ✦ All candidates must provide some sort of experience (past fanzine or IRL) to showcase their skills and qualifications to moderate a team.
    ✦ All candidates are expected to have a Discord account and a social media with DM access (preferably Twitter).
    By sending your application as a moderator, it means you've acknowledged, read, understood and agreed to the terms and the schedule of the project and you will dedicate yourself to the zine's timeline and everything related to your position.

      ✦ Candidates for this role must have a portfolio or equal reference that shows examples of your experience.
      ✦ Candidates are expected to be active part of the Mod Team of the zine, participating with opinions and thoughts in discussions.
      Graphics Mod role should cover:
      Taking care of the branding and visuals for social media accounts of the zine.
      Art templates, moderators, guests and contributors spotlights.
      Pre-Order and Merch presentation graphics.
      Collaborate in duo with the Layout Mod, in order to produce a consistent branding for the fanzine project.

      ✦ Candidates for this role must have a portfolio or equal reference that shows examples of your experience.
      ✦ Candidates are expected to be active part of the Mod Team of the zine, participating with opinions and thoughts in discussions.
      Beta/Writing Mod role should cover:
      Supervise Writer contributors throughout the entirety of the project.
      Communicate with Writers for beta reading and verify they respect word limit, giving advice or suggestions.
      Proofreading and check for no typos in final drafts.


      finance

      ✦ Candidates for this role must have a portfolio or equal reference that shows examples of your experience. A reference from a previous Mod Team you worked with is greatly appreciated but not mandatory.
      ✦ Candidates are expected to be active part of the Mod Team of the zine, participating with opinions and thoughts in discussions.
      Finance Mod role should cover:
      Managing the general accountancy of the fanzine
      Calculating all costs throughout the production phase of the zine
      Ordering items from manufacturers (zine, merchandise, packaging materials). This might be done in duo with the Head Mod if needed.
      If you also have Production/Shipping Mod experience, we highly encourage candidates to apply for both positions (for matter of efficiency), but do keep in mind the workload will be more demanding!

      Merch Mod role should cover:
      Supervise Merch contributors throughout the entirety of the project.

      Packaging and shipping orders
      If you also have Finance Mod experience, we highly encourage candidates to apply for both positions (for matter of efficiency), but do keep in mind the workload will be more demanding!
