Stardust Tides is a for-profit zine project dedicated to the romantic relationship between Tartaglia "Childe" and Aether
from Genshin Impact.Their story is like a wonderful and shining stardust that rests on the waves of the ocean, letting itself be enveloped and becoming a magical and overwhelming whole, that takes your breath away.
general guidelines
✦ All applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of the application.
✦ Everyone can apply for more than one role, but will be accepted for only one of them.
✦ Check that all provided links are accessible. If that's not the case, we won't reach to you and ask for other links.
✦ Provide a portfolio consisting of 3 to 10 pieces of your work.
✦ Contributors retain the rights to their works and can re-distribute them, but only after pre-orders close. Sharing unauthorized WIP during the process creation is prohibited.
✦ Genshin Impact and/or ChildeAether works are not required, but is encouraged!By sending your application as a contributor, it means you've acknowledged, read, understood, and agreed to the terms and the schedule of the project and you will dedicate yourself to the zine's timeline and everything related to your position. Otherwise proven, will lead you to diqualification.

▹Collaborate in duo with the Layout Mod, in order to produce a consistent branding for the fanzine project.

▹Proofreading and check for no typos in final drafts.

▹Managing the general accountancy of the fanzine
▹Calculating all costs throughout the production phase of the zine
▹Ordering items from manufacturers (zine, merchandise, packaging materials). This might be done in duo with the Head Mod if needed.If you also have Production/Shipping Mod experience, we highly encourage candidates to apply for both positions (for matter of efficiency), but do keep in mind the workload will be more demanding!

What is a zine?
A zine is a collection of creative works such as illustrations and writings, made out the interests and passions of fans.What is theme of this project?
Stardust Tides is a zine that will focus on the relationship between Tartaglia and Aether, inspired by their interactions in-game, their meetings and quests.The zine will follow the different regions currently available in game, plus an AU section:
Main Story Quest - reference to the main story, when Childe appeared for the first time in game and interacted with the traveler.
Mondstadt Quest - reference to the first re-run banner during the Windblume festival
Inazuma Quest - reference to the second re-run banner and the dungeon quest Labyrinth Warriors
AU - exploring different alternative universes in the past, present or future.
Will this zine be for-profit or for-charity?
This project will be for-profit. Once we've confirmed production cost, and covered correlative bundles, any remaining proceeds will be split evenly among all contributors after we hold leftover sales.How will contributors be compensated?
Each contributor is guaranteed to receive a free digital copy of the zine at the very least, but we intend to give contributors a full bundle including all merch for free, depending on pre-orders!What are the zine specs?
If possible, we would like to aim for a physical zine with digital and physical merchandise.

Is traditional art allowed?
Yes, we accept traditional submissions. We require to provide a clean scan with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi or higher.Can we include other characters beside Childe and Aether?
Other characters can be included in the illustration but the main focus should still be ChildeAether.Will you do international shipping?
Yes, international shipping will be available.
Some restrictions may apply based on country.Will NSFW be accepted?
The overall rating of the zine will be SFW. NSFW is not allowed.
